At Algozon Pty Ltd, we take great care to ensure that your products are packaged and shipped in the best possible condition.
Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Processing
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Courier Service
We make use of The Courier Guy for nationwide delivery.
Standard Door-to-Door
Your order will be delivered directly to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete, as Algozon Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Rural, High-Risk or Remote Areas
In certain areas, courier companies may apply additional surcharges for locations classified as:
• Rural areas
• High-risk areas
• Remote delivery zones
If the courier applies such a surcharge to your delivery address, Algozon Pty Ltd reserves the right to request payment of the additional courier fee before the parcel is dispatched.
If the surcharge is declined, the order may be cancelled, or alternative delivery arrangements may need to be made.
Weekend, Public Holiday & Same-Day Deliveries
If you require same-day delivery, weekend delivery, or delivery on a public holiday, please contact us directly before placing your order.
We will do our best to assist with urgent requests. Please note that these services will incur additional courier charges, which will be quoted based on the urgency and delivery location.
Important Delivery Information
Delivery Delays
While we do everything possible to avoid parcels remaining with the courier over weekends, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Algozon Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:
• Incorrect address details.
• Customer unavailability.
• Failure to respond to courier contact attempts and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for:
• Paying the courier fee again.
• An additional R100 administration fee.
Courier Responsibility
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier company.
Algozon Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for:
• Courier delays.
• Routing issues.
• Courier handling.
• Courier delivery errors.
• Damages during transit.
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and reporting any damage directly to the courier.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Algozon Pty Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.
• Someone will be available to receive the delivery.
• Courier delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Algozon Pty Ltd is not responsible for courier-related delays.
