SECTION 2 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (the age of majority in South Africa). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity.


SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS AND PRICING
  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colours and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate.
  • Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Errors: In the event of a "gross error" in pricing, we are not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect price, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).


SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we have processed your payment and sent a shipping confirmation. We accept payments via Payfast and Payflex, you warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.


SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
  • Delivery: We deliver within South Africa. Any delivery timelines provided are estimates.
  • Risk: Notwithstanding Section 5 of your initial draft, under the CPA, risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon physical delivery of the goods to you or your chosen representative.
  • Delays: If we cannot deliver within 30 days (or the agreed timeframe), you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund.


SECTION 6 - COOLING-OFF PERIOD & RETURNS
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • ECTA Right: You have a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel any transaction without reason. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • CPA Warranty: If products are defective, you have a 6-month statutory warranty to request a replacement, or refund.


SECTION 7 - PRIVACY AND POPIA
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process all data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.


SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Algozon Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.


SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
